Everything was perfect, including outstandingly accommodating staff and amazing location in safe area. Our rooms were spotless and had a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffeemaker. Location: the hotel was very close to all the buses, funicular, and very clean. And it's at a medium distance from Caffe di Via Paglia, ate there once or twice.

Although everything was perfect, the only minor drawbacks were the pillows, which were made of microfiber instead of feathers, and the breakfast room being located outside of the rooms, which could potentially cause noise disturbances for early risers.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also very easy to travel around with the bus, which was a big advantage. The customer service was top-notch, as they helped us book a taxi and were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was good. I also appreciated the minibar in the room.

the water in the water bottle provided in the room wasn't from a store, so we weren't sure if it was tap water or boiled water. Secondly, there was no self check-in option, which wasn't a huge problem, but it would have been more convenient.
